Located near Cathedral & in old town. Good last minute price.
Bathroom was extremely small.
Nice room. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful desk staff
Perhaps Strasbourg is an expensive city, but I thought the room cost was perhaps 20% too high
very small rooms and bathroom.very expensive. no hair dryer in cold winter season. very good location.
staff are not so friendly. first time they offered us very bad room without WI-FI inernet. When we asked why you dont have wireless but cable internet they said our boss want to describe it like this. after when cable internet didnt work in our room they moved us to another one, little bit better.why they do it we dont understand. It is ot good to place the photo of one room in internet and place customers to another one.I hope all will stop it and never lie to customers.
it is one of the best places to discover the historical city for less money
The location of the hotel could not be betttered. It is set in a lovely square close to all the places of interest. Adequate breakfast with good coffee, but packet cheese not the best one can have.
'Bathroom peculiar shape and absolutely no hooks or towel rails - so how does one re-use towels as they ask you to do so? Good hot water though. The hotel lacks any atmosphere and no lift and being on the third floor was a challenge. Front rooms very noisy - we asked and got one at the rear. Staff not unhelpful, but certainly did little to really make one feel welcome. The little Chinese receptionist was the exception. We stayed in an Ibis hotel before and after and the contrast was enormous. Perhaps some hospitality training needed.
The location was excellent and view from our third story window superb! There was a coffee machine at breakfast that made great coffee ...as much as you like which, for a coffee drinker in Europe was a great treat!
The cramped entry into the room and bathroom were awkward but, once in, all was clean and the room larger than some. Not for large suitcases as there are 54 angled stairs to the third floor!
The location couldn't be better for the price. You are a 2 minute walk from the cathedral. Great restaurants around and plenty of places to buy souvenirs
The breakfast wasn't worth the price-I would've preferred to get breakfast somewhere else.
small room, there is no enough space in the room, reception doesn t work after 3 p.m., so if you come later you need to find the other hotel to check in.
The placement, in a really beautiful area of the city.
There's no lift.
